The folks at Go Outdoors have launched a new Walking Blog Award, with a varied shortlist of 15 blogs, and yours truly is one of them. It goes without saying that just making the shortlist is an honour, and especially so when I find myself in the company of such luminaries as Chris Townsend, Keith Foskett and the irrepressible Alan Sloman, as well as several who work full time in the outdoors or run their blogs on a much bigger scale than I do.
The winner will be determined by a poll on the GO Outdoors site. I encourage you all to pop over there, if only to discover some great blogs, but better still to vote for one of them. If you choose to vote for me, then thanks in advance, but if you don’t then I won’t hold it against you as some of my favourite blogs are on the list too.
