Not a review of the year, just some nice pictures

This year’s plans were disrupted by a new work contract coming along at the start of the summer rather than, as I’d hoped, the end of the summer. This curtailed walking plans somewhat and even more so when I found out how much time I’d have to spend working away in Edinburgh. Here’s a few pictures to illustrate the year along with the links to the trip reports and Social Hiking maps…

January – at the Outdoors Show. Highlights were talks by Kenton Cool and Helen Skelton, but otherwise the show wasn’t as good as in previous years.

  1. All these reviews of the past year – I’ve read three today – has got me thinking I should do the same. Some great images here and interesting stories. Looking forward to viewing more in 2014.
